Experience and Innovation in Acoustics since 1978
STS Isolamenti is founded upon a combination of expertise in materials processing, mechanics and electronics and the study of sound propagation.
Early experience in the design and construction of radio studios and transmission systems, followed by a collaboration with the FIMIT physical-acoustics laboratories in Turin, gradually led the company in the direction of the design and development of noise insulation and noise control solutions.
Total Process Control
Our business model is grounded in direct management. From the initial physical and mechanical analysis of the noise source to 3D CAD design to the in-house manufacturing of equipment, our own team of specialized engineers and technicians manages the entire project from start to finish without the involvement of intermediaries.
This approach enables us to develop customized solutions scaled to suit the characteristics of the sound source and the desired noise reduction targets as well as the structural, aerodynamic, thermal and operational constraints of the facility.

Coordinated by our Project Managers, specially trained teams carry out on-site installation. Such rigorous oversight of the engineering and production chain allows us to go beyond merely supplying materials to supporting our clients from the initial design phase through the final performance verification.
At the conclusion of every project, we verify on site that the noise reduction targets as defined at the outset have been reached. We provide the client with a single point of contact and, where applicable, a contractual performance guarantee.
