STS Isolamenti designs advanced solutions for eliminating structure-borne noise in residential buildings both in working with major property developers and in directly carrying out high-end projects for private clients.
We develop integrated systems to mitigate noise transmission, especially from traffic and neighboring residential units.
A Revolution in Home Comfort
Nowadays, the concept of luxury living is closely linked to freedom from unwanted noise.
Whether soundproofing a single room or implementing acoustic specifications for an entire newly built residential complex, we use MF-Core technology to transform every space into an oasis of tranquility, free from the noise of the urban environment.
Solutions for New Builds and Acoustic Refurbishment
When it comes to new residential developments, STS can be involved from the earliest stages of design, coordinating acoustic systems with the building structure, spatial layout and building services.
In existing buildings, we analyze the characteristics of partitions and flanking transmission paths in order to identify technically viable solutions, minimizing, wherever possible, any loss of floor area and usable ceiling height. We also develop non-invasive acoustic solutions for external building services, fully respecting the existing architecture.
