Owners of a historic farmstead-turned-residential property called Borgo di Agognate in Novara wanted to create an oasis of relaxation and well-being.
The external climate control equipment, however, risked compromising the tranquility of the idyllic setting.
We intervened with the installation of SH POD Advanced VRF soundproof enclosures, which were developed using Quiet Leaf™ technology and equipped with acoustic grilles that would ensure proper air intake through the heat exchange coils. The enclosures also feature a roof fitted with double-absorption baffles that reduce the noise generated by the upper exhaust fan.
This project showcases our commitment to the ecological transition with its “zero acoustic impact”, technological innovation that goes hand-in-hand with well-being and the preservation of the surrounding landscape.
