Industrial plant soundproofing: custom acoustic enclosure and silencers
The external air extraction and filtration system for the company’s paint production line was not in compliance with the applicable regulations regarding noise pollution.
We took a series of measures, including the installation of a soundproof acoustic enclosure to house the system’s fan/extractor.
This enclosure was custom-built around the fan motor using Quiet Leaf™ technology and is designed to effectively withstand external weather conditions. It is also equipped with a ventilation system for cooling the motor.
We also manufactured several silencers for the air filters as well as one for the exhaust stack using our patented Slim Hurdle™ technology, ensuring high-performance noise attenuation.
